4 Fingers is founded by a group of four friends and they decided to secure the Bonchon Cripsy Chicken franchise rights to bring it to Singapore so that everyone can enjoy the best fried chicken!
4 Fingers Bonchon Crispy Chicken located at Basement 4, ION Orchard. If you visit their fast food chain in the morning, there are 4 value meal and 4 A La Carte for you to choose from. If you visit in the afternoon, there are 10 Value meal for you to choose from.
My friends and I ordered the Chicken Chop Value meal, SGD$9.95 and 6 pieces of Bonchon Crispy Chicken Value Meal, SGD$9.95.
After we made a payment, the cashier passed us buzzer sensor queue number. This buzzer sensor will light up and buzz when our food are ready for collection. It was not crowded at that time, so we had seat inside their fast food. I do not really like their seat as it was rather too high and there are no leg rest! It gives me a hard time to sit on it.
After awhile, our queue number was called. So, my friend went to collection point to collect our food. We tried the Bonchon Crispy chicken and both of us simply loved it! It was so delicious and crispy! What's more, their chili are difference too! Their chili are the real chili and more towards the Asian style!
We also tried the Chicken Chop but we had difficult time to cut the chicken as it was hard and they only provided us plastic knife and fork! However, their Chicken Chop are tender, juicy and delicious!

Locational: 5/5 Directly located at Orchard MRT station!
Ambience: 4/5 The Fast Food look bright and comfortable. Just that the dining area in the fast food need to be improve. Perhaps install leg rest for those customer who are not tall.
Customer Service: 5/5 The staffs are friendly and polite. But during the crowds, only one counter crew can be quite tedious. Perhaps they should have two counter crew.
Waiting Time: 5/5 The waiting time for the food are quite fast!
Pricing: 5/5 Less than SGD$10, you can get completed Value meal and for the delicious chicken, it's quite worth of penny.
